This notice describes the public ILAIOS marketing website. It also describes data handling for authenticated account and product surfaces to the extent they are made available. Product behavior is described from implemented and verified flows rather than planned features.

Public website

The public site delivers marketing and technical content. It is not designed around advertising trackers or marketing profiling. Hosting, DNS, security and content-delivery infrastructure may still process technical request data such as IP address, request time, user agent and similar information needed to serve, protect and troubleshoot the site.

Account and identity data

Authenticated product surfaces may process account identifiers, connected identity-provider information, tenant or workspace membership, roles, sessions and authorization records. These data support sign-in, resolution of the correct user and workspace, access control, account protection and account lifecycle operations.

Product content and work data

When you use a product workflow, prompts, files, project or repository context, job parameters, generated results and required validation or evidence records may be processed to execute the requested work and preserve reviewability. ILAIOS is designed to use context inside the permitted scope of the task rather than treating relevance as unrestricted authority.

Logs, security and evidence

Technical logs, job state and audit or evidence records may be retained for security, debugging, authorization checks, misuse prevention and result verification. These records can support review of what occurred, when it occurred and under which authorization context.

Third-party services

Where authentication, hosting, repository access, model execution, media processing or similar features are used, the relevant third-party service may process the data necessary for that function within its technical boundary. This notice does not invent unverified vendors or data flows; it should be updated when implemented product behavior changes.

Retention, export and deletion

Retention can vary by data type, account state, security needs and operational requirements; no unverified fixed retention period is stated here. The repository includes account-data export and account-deletion lifecycle paths, and those controls apply where they are exposed through the product surface. Records that must be preserved for legal or security reasons may be retained to the extent required.

Requests relating to account data, access, correction, export or deletion can be made through available in-product controls or by contacting privacy@ilaios.com. Identity verification may be required depending on the request.
