Terms
These terms describe the public ilaios.com website and any account or product surface that ILAIOS explicitly makes available. A feature, plan, integration or service should be treated as available only to the extent it is actually offered on the relevant product surface.
Product status and public statements
ILAIOS is under active development. A roadmap item, architectural target, planned integration or example workflow is not by itself a promise of availability, general access, delivery by a particular date, service level or fitness for a particular purpose. Implemented, verified and deployed state is distinct from target state.
Accounts, sessions and authorization
Authenticated surfaces may use user identity, tenant or workspace membership, roles, sessions and related authorization context. You are responsible for protecting your account and access methods, ensuring instructions issued through your account are authorized, and having the right to access any third-party system or data you connect. Authentication alone does not grant unrestricted permission to perform actions.
Plans, fees and usage limits
Plan names, included usage and capacity shown on public pricing pages describe the product offer. The commercial terms that apply are the price, currency, billing period, limits and any additional usage conditions explicitly shown in the purchase, activation or contract flow. A paid action or external-provider cost that has not been explicitly approved does not arise solely from marketing copy.
User content and authority to act
You must have the rights needed to use any file, text, repository, account, connection or other input that you upload or connect. Access granted to ILAIOS for a task should be used only inside the permitted scope of that task. You may not use the service to bypass security, approval or access controls.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware distribution, fraud, spam, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to defeat security controls. Access may be limited or suspended where there is a security risk, misuse or suspected unauthorized activity.
Third-party services and outputs
Some workflows may use third-party model, hosting, identity, repository, media or similar services. Those services may have their own technical limits and terms. Automated or AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed before publication or consequential use; producing an output does not by itself mean that it has been independently verified or is suitable for a particular purpose.
Certifications, compliance and external claims
ILAIOS presents a certification, regulatory status, partnership, customer-use claim or external audit as such only when it has actually been obtained and remains current. A designed control is not the same as an independent certification or regulatory approval.
Changes and contact
